- After we confirm the room availability, we require amount of 50% of the total amount made by bank transfer. The deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation.
- One-night stay must be paid in full to 100%.
- The period of stay may not exceed 30 days.
- B&B closing period: Variable
- Reservations will be accepted when we receive the deposit notification by the bank.
- Cancellation must be communicate at least 7 days before the arrival.
- If the guest does not arrive by 12:00 pm of the reservation day and does not communicate any delays, the reservation will be cancelled without refund.
- At the arrival a valid ID document is requested for all the guests (Identity Card, Driving licence, Passport).
- The remaining balance must be paid at the keys delivery.
- No responsibility will be taken for cancellations due to any kind of reason.
- Lost room keys will result in a € 150.00 charge to replace the key.
- Your personal data will be handled in accordance with Italian law 675/96.
- Check-in from 3:00 pm, Check-out before 10:00 am, unless otherwise agreed at booking time.
- Pets not allowed
- Breakfast will be served in the kitchen from 6.00 am to 9.30 am, otherwise at the bar beside the B&B.
- The room are cleaned every3 days with long stays.
- Changing linen and towels every 3 days.
- No smoking inside, only on the terrace.
- Please do not make too much noise inside the B&B from 10.00 pm to 9.00 am and from 2.30 pm to 6.00 pm.
- The use of the kitchen is allowed only for a minimum stay of 7 days and the conditions will be agreed with the B&B host.
- The entrance is reserved for B&B guests only.
- Any object in the B&B is part of the Property and cannot be taken away.
- The host will not respond in any way for any loss and/or damage of any kind of personal objects introduced into the B&B.
- The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
